1. What if the branch office is closed at the time I want to pick up the vehicle?

It is possible to pick up a vehicle after office working hours for an additional fee.

2. What if I am late for a vehicle pick up?

Please contact the office where you are supposed to pick up the vehicle and inform the staff when will you be able to pick it up so they can keep the vehicle for you.

3. What is necessary when picking up the vehicle?

When picking up the vehicle it is necessary to present:

  • Driver's licence
  • Credit card or Debit card
  • Passport or ID Card
  • Reservation number or voucher

4. I made the reservation, but I will not be the driver.

The driver needs to be stated on the Rental Agreement. If you are not going to drive the vehicle, ask to change the Drivers information when picking up the vehicle.

If more people are going to drive the vehicle, you need to pay the Additional driver fee.

5. Can I rent a car without a credit card?

It is possible to rent a vehicle without a credit card, but if you do not use a credit card for a deposit, it is mandatory to purchase protection package L.

The deposit serves as a guarantee of payment of rent and possible additional costs that may occur during the lease, possible delays, lack of fuel, damage to the vehicle that are not covered by protection packages, traffic violations, fines and the like.

At the end of the rental, you are able to pay the rest of the costs by the method of your choice: cash, debit card and credit card.

6. Do I need to pay a deposit?

The deposit serves as a guarantee of rent payment and possible additional costs that may arise in the lease, possible delays, lack of fuel, damage to the vehicle not covered by protection packages, traffic violations, fines, etc. If you do not use a credit card for the deposit, purchase protection package L and you will only pay the fuel deposit as a deposit. If you use a credit card for a deposit, and the same is used for the authorization of funds (deposit) for each rental, depending on the length of the lease, the type of protection packages purchased, and the category of the rented vehicle.

7. What is an Excess or Franchise?

Excess is the amount you are liable for in case the vehicle is returned with damages which were non-existent during pick up. The amount depends on the vehicle category and safety packages.

8. Is there an age limit for reserving a vehicle?

The minimum age limit is 18, and maximum is 80. If you are 18-20 or 70-80 years old, you can rent by paying an additional fee.

9. Do I need to inspect the vehicle during pick-up?

It is mandatory to inspect the vehicle with our staff before rental to identify the existing damages. The same procedure will be done after the rental.
