1. How can I make a vehicle reservation?
You can make a reservation on our official website (autowill-rentacar.com). Our website offers online payment. You just follow the reservation steps and you will receive a confirmation email after payment.

2. What if I have not received confirmation of my reservation?
In case you have not received reservation confirmation, please contact us on: firstname.lastname@example.org
3. Can I change the reservation?
If you want to change the reservation, contact our Reservations Centre or cancel the existing booking and make a new one.
4. Can I cancel the reservation?
You can cancel the reservation via the cancellation link that you will receive in the confirmation email or via the user account if you have made it. Additionally, you can contact our Reservations Centre.
5. What is the Cancellation Policy?
If the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up date, the full amount of the reservation will be refunded.
If the reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up date, the reservation will NOT be refunded.
